Summer's over and with it comes the end of a wonderful festival season. We can't thank everyone enough for the fun times, the new friends, the old friends and for treating us so very well while we were in your town.

The best thing is, we're gonna do it all again next summer! But just because summer's over doesn't mean we have any intentions of slowing down the KILT ROCK! We're playing fall festivals, theaters and pubs all across the country.

And we've begun recording a new CD. This one is sort of a surprise. It's a CD that's truly for the fans...old and new. We'll just leave it at that. ;-)

We've decided to start using Google's Picasa Web Album Service for all of our photos. Mainly because we get so many photos from many shows. This makes it easier for you to quickly see the photos from the shows you want and download them in full resolution.

If you click the PHOTOS button at the top, it will open a new window so you don't get lost. There are also photos on our MySpace page. Enjoy!

It's a new year and with that comes the prospect of a new Mother Grove CD. We've begun the process of bringing new songs in to rehearsals, writing new material and weeding through the ones we want to use for the new disc.

The exciting part of this disc is the collaborative effort by all members of the band. Past CDs consisted mainly of songs being brought to the band nearly complete. This CD has us actually writing songs together, bouncing ideas around and really coming together as songwriters as well as musicians. It's very exciting and fulfilling for all of us.

As we begin the recording process in the coming months, we should have more info on it's progress as well as a release date.

The latest CD entitled, "Mother Grove's Fifth" is now available for purchase at the Mother Grove Store! This CD is the debut for our newest member John Holland on highland bagpipes and penny whistles. This CD really showcases our diversity and most of all the electrifying, high energy of the band. Every song is a powerhouse of high energy Kilt Rock! We're very proud of this CD and are excited to announce it's release.
